Enrollment Dates

 

Monday, July 24th, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Tuesday, July 25th, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Wednesday, July 26th, 8:00 – 3:00 p.m.

 

Items Needed:

***Pre-K/Headstart Students – New Enrollment Forms, Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Shot Record, and if applicable, CDIB Card. We will also need Proof of Income, Valid ID of the person enrolling the child, and a Residence Verification (Utility Bill).
