"Mighty oaks from little acorns grow"

Silo Elementary has partnered with the Oklahoma Forestry Service to receive and plant 20 trees to recognize Earth Day. Elementary students worked together with high school biology students to plant and care for the trees throughout the Silo Schools' campus. The students would also like to thank Durant Lowe's store for providing the mulch used to plant the trees and also a big thanks to Roger Broyles for helping with the planting of the trees.
