The HEP is a scholarship program designed to provide tuition assistance to enrolled Choctaw Tribal Members attending an accredited college, technical school, or university. Students must be working toward a minimum of an Associate degree. Please visit our website for required documents needed and other important information.

Applications which are incomplete or received after the deadline will not be accepted (applies to first-time and renewal applications).

Paper applications will not be accepted.

Students must have an email address that they check regularly.
