The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services is conducting an important survey on student behaviors and beliefs. The survey is called the Oklahoma Prevention Needs Assessment (OPNA) Survey. This survey is conducted with 6^th, 8^th, 10^th, and 12^th grade students. 

 Your child’s class is set to take this survey the week of October 23^rd-26^th.  Please read the parent letter linked below.
