This year our tech department has decided to offload the student device insurance to an outside Vendor AKKO. This will allow you to purchase optional student device insurance online and will ensure that device repairs and replacements happen in a timely manner if needed. Please follow the link in the attached flyer to purchase your student device insurance.
If your student has any issue with their device they or you can email helpdesk@siloisd.org and a member of our help-desk staff will try to resolve the issue if possible. If there is a hardware issue we will ask for permission to file a claim on your students policy. Once we have the go-ahead from you we will ship the device for repair or replacement. Turn around for repairs should be less that three business days.
