Cross Country

2017 season has begun with a bang! Several of the Silo Cross Country runners took advantage of their summer & used their time to train. We are looking strong and I am expecting great things from this group of kids.  Please come cheer us on.  The 2017 schedule can be found under Athletic Schedules.

Students interested in running Cross Country in the upcoming season (Fall 2018) need to follow the summer schedule. We will practice together on Wednesdays, but all other workouts will be independent. I recommend keeping a journal of your activity and times. You will be amazed to see your improvement. All athletes intending on competing in the Fall season, must attend eight or more of the Wednesday practices to be eligible to participate.
