Silo Public Schools

Silo FFA had an amazing day at the Southeast Area Speech Contest, hosted by Eastern Oklahoma State College in Wilburton, on Monday, April 24th! We qualified 8 speeches to the State Speech Contest Friday, April 28th!  It is the most we have ever had qualify for the State contest. It’s a GREAT day to be a Rebel!!

• Kayla Poling – 1st Place Agriscience (State Qualifier), 1st Place Natural Resources (State Qualifier) & 1st Place Ag Policy (State Qualifier)
• Rayne Brock – 1st Place 8th Grade Ag Exploration (State Qualifier)
• Sam Whitlock – 2nd Place Natural Resources (State Qualifier)
• Isabella Whitlock – 1st Place Plant Science (State Qualifier) & 2nd Place Extemporaneous (State Qualifier)
• Kyleigh Eppler – 1st Place 8th-9th Grade FFA Opportunities (State Qualifier) & 5th Place FFA Creed
• DeLaney Phelan – 3rd Place Plant Science
• Cadence Brown – 3rd Place 8-9th Grade FFA Opportunities & 4th Place 8-9-10th Grade General Agriculture
